Steve Iversen
Steve has worked in financial services since 1976. Over the years he has taken time to expand his knowledge to be prepared to offer advice on retirement plans, insurance, annuities and in the matters of tax planning.

Always mindful of bettering the industry for future generations, Steve has volunteered many hours serving on the District 3 committee for FINRA and on advisor committees for broker-dealers with whom he's been registered.

Steve earned his B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from what is now known as Montana State University at Billings. He and his wife Sharon have called Albuquerque home since 1987; they are blessed with two daughters, a son, and two grandchildren.

Dani Mutz
Dani began working with clients seeking financial services in 1997. Having worked in mortgage lending at the beginning of her career, she is able to use broad perspective to guide clients through the process of creating personalized long-term financial plans.

Since she started working with Steve in 2003, Dani's specialization has been in building portfolio allocations and providing premiere customer service.

Dani earned her B.S. in Business with a minor in Accounting from what is now known as Western Colorado University. She and her husband Gunnar, a Santa Fe native, have lived in Albuquerque since 2003 and are blessed with a busy middle-school-aged son.
Account Service Specialist
Monique Bischoff
Monique joined Cross State Financial Group in 2015 as an Account Service Specialist. Her background in Administrative Services and Case Management, coupled with her enthusiastic personality makes her the perfect compliment to the team.
Monique earned her B.A. in Psychology with honors from New Mexico State University. She is an Albuquerque-native, and when she is not taking care of client's account servicing needs she enjoys spending time with her high-school and college age boys attending and participating in athletic activities.
